   1. The USA needs to be the shining city on the hill as President Reagan said so well. To this end we need to end our interventionaist policies that are rooted in colonialist views and be the leader through inspiration. 
   1. We have the best military service members in the world and our foreign policy owes it to them to be thoughtful with our decisions
